The Brief

Vijay Niwas is a Jaipur homestay offering a first-floor property with three spacious bedrooms, modern amenities and a pet-friendly environment, positioned for families and groups looking for a comfortable stay in Jaipur.

The Approach

I worked as part of a team on the SEO project, contributing to keyword research, website content and on-page optimisation.

The strategy focused on search themes such as homestay near railway station, pet-friendly homestay and 3-bedroom stay, alongside improvements to page structure, metadata, headings, internal linking and image optimisation.

Writing for SEO

SEO content works best when it answers what people are actually searching for. For Vijay Niwas, the content strategy was built around specific search themes and the intent behind them.

HOMESTAY NEAR RAILWAY STATION

Location-focused content designed to connect the property with travellers looking for convenient accommodation near Jaipur’s railway station.

PET-FRIENDLY HOMESTAY

Content highlighting the property’s pet-friendly positioning for travellers looking for accommodation where their pets can stay too.

3-BEDROOM STAY

Content built around the property’s three-bedroom setup, helping position it for families and groups looking for more spacious accommodation.

What I Took From It

The project showed me how closely good website writing and SEO are connected. A page can be optimised for search without sounding like it was written for a search engine.

The strongest approach is to understand what someone is looking for, structure the information clearly, and then make the content useful enough that the keyword naturally belongs there.

“Good SEO content doesn’t just help a page get found. It helps the right person find an answer.
